Marketplace

Use apps from the BookedIn marketplace with your voice channel by creating an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.

Overview

Marketplace apps extend your agent’s capabilities by connecting to external services like CRMs, calendars, and other business tools.

How It Works

  1. Connect the app — Click Install and complete the authentication process
  2. Select actions — Choose which actions your agent can perform
  3. Create an MCP server — BookedIn generates an MCP server for the authenticated app
  4. MCP voice tool created — The tool becomes available for your agent to use during voice calls

Supported Marketplace Apps

Marketplace apps that support voice channel integration include:

  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Calendar apps (Google Calendar, Outlook)
  • Scheduling tools
  • Custom integrations

The agent will automatically have access to the tool’s capabilities during calls. For example, a calendar tool lets the agent check availability and book appointments in real-time.

Not all marketplace apps support voice channel integration. Check the app’s documentation for compatibility.
