Connect your Gmail account to enable AI-powered email communication with leads.
Connect via OAuth
Gmail uses secure OAuth authentication — no passwords are stored.
Step 1: Navigate to Channel Auth
Go to the channel authentication page in BookedIn.
Select Gmail from the available channels.
Step 2: Authorize with Google
Click the authorization button and sign in with your Google account. You’ll be asked to grant BookedIn permission to:
- Read and send emails on your behalf
- Access your email labels and threads
Step 3: Confirm Connection
Once authorized, your Gmail account will be linked to BookedIn. You can now create Gmail channels in your agents.
BookedIn uses OAuth 2.0, which means we never see or store your Google password. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
Consider using a dedicated email address for automation (e.g., support@yourdomain.com) rather than your personal Gmail.
