QR Auth
QR authentication provides quick setup for WhatsApp integration — connect in seconds by scanning a code.

QR-based authentication offers:

This method links your WhatsApp account directly. Best for testing and smaller deployments.
Step 1: Open QR Scanner
Navigate to channel authentication in BookedIn and select WhatsApp (QR Auth).
A QR code will be displayed on screen.
Step 2: Scan with WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp on your phone and scan the QR code:
- Open WhatsApp on your phone
- Go to Settings → Linked Devices
- Tap Link a Device
- Scan the QR code displayed in BookedIn
Step 3: Confirm Connection
Once scanned, the connection will be established automatically. You’ll see a confirmation in both BookedIn and on your phone.
Keep the linked device active to maintain the connection. If your phone goes offline for an extended period, you may need to re-scan.
