Twilio

Twilio is the industry-standard SMS provider with reliable delivery and global coverage.

Step 1: Get your credentials

Go to the Twilio Console to locate your credentials.

Open Twilio Console →

You’ll need two pieces of information:

CredentialDescription
Account SIDYour unique account identifier
Auth TokenSecret token for API authentication

Step 2: Add to BookedIn

Navigate to the channel authentication page and enter your Twilio credentials:

Open Channel Auth →

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token

Step 3: Configure Phone Number

After authentication, you’ll be able to select which Twilio phone numbers to use for SMS messaging.

Make sure your Twilio phone number has SMS capabilities enabled. Some numbers only support voice calls.
