Twilio

Twilio is an industry-standard telephony provider with global coverage and reliable infrastructure.

Step 1: Get your credentials

Go to the Twilio Console to locate your credentials.

Open Twilio Console →

You’ll need three pieces of information:

Account SIDYour unique account identifier
Auth TokenSecret token for API authentication
Phone NumberYour Twilio phone number (with country code)

Step 2: Add to BookedIn

Navigate to your agent’s voice channel configuration in the BookedIn dashboard and enter:

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token
  • Phone Number

Make sure to include the country code with your phone number (e.g., +1 for US numbers).
