Zadarma
Zadarma is a cost-effective VoIP solution for voice channels.
Step 1: Get SIP credentials
Register for Zadarma and navigate to your SIP settings.
Copy your SIP authentication credentials:
Step 2: Purchase a phone number
Buy a phone number from Zadarma’s number catalog.
Step 3: Configure external server
After purchasing, go to your active numbers.
For each number you want to use with BookedIn:
- Click the ⚙️ gear icon on your number
- Select External Server
- Click Show IP
- Copy the first IP address and paste it
Step 4: Add to BookedIn
Enter your Zadarma credentials and phone number in your agent’s voice channel configuration:
- SIP Name
- SIP Password
- Phone Number
