Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API offers:

This method requires a Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business API access. Recommended for production deployments.

Step 1: Access Meta Business Suite

You’ll need access to Meta Business Suite with WhatsApp Business API enabled.

Step 2: Enter your credentials

In BookedIn, navigate to channel authentication and select WhatsApp (Meta API). You’ll need to provide:

Step 3: Configure Webhook

After connecting, BookedIn will provide you with a webhook URL to configure in your Meta App settings.

Keep your Access Token and App Secret secure. Never share them publicly.
