Connect Instagram
Connect your Instagram account to enable AI-powered direct message automation.
Step 1: Navigate to Channel Auth
Go to the channel authentication page in BookedIn.
Select Instagram from the available channels.
Step 2: Enter Credentials
Enter your Instagram login credentials:
Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication
If your account has 2FA enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter the verification code sent to your phone or authentication app.
We recommend keeping 2FA enabled for security. BookedIn securely handles the authentication process.
Step 4: Confirm Connection
Once authenticated, your Instagram account will be linked to BookedIn. You can now create Instagram channels in your agents.
Use a dedicated Instagram Business account for automation rather than your personal account.
